No Real New News

I haven't updated in awhile so I thought I would quick. We have had the flu which was horrible for us all. Although I lost 10 lbs in 1 day, I really don't advise that is the way to lose weight. Gavin has started to ride the bus in the mornings and he really enjoys being one of the first students off of the bus. He is really learning a ton in school. I am hoping to start to teach him to read. Yes he has a strong desire to learn and I so want to teach him. Griffin is fully potty trained and is even potty trained most nights as well. Just last night he got up in the middle of the night to go the bathroom so his pull up wasn't wet. We are going to start working on Valentine's Day cards for the troops and nursing home folks, the school organizes it, and I thought it would be something fun for the boys and I to do. I'm not so sure they are that excited about it but hopefully they will enjoy the craft time together. Oh our computer is broke.... That is a very basic update and hopefully I will be able to update with pictures soon. I really thought January was going to be a slow month but it really hasn't been that way so far but I'm enjoying all our family time together....

The boys got this basketball game for Christmas from Mama Dolphin and Papa Steeler and they love it. Kerry and I love it too. They discovered that they can make the baskets a lot better in order to make the baskets but they have a blast playing. Gavin is getting quite good at it.

Griffy gets so excited when he makes a basket. Check it out...

Kerry and I have competitions at night too. I usually win... ;) as I do with everything that I say on this blog... We are all loving this new toy.

Twins

Yes I like to dress my boys the same but they like it. Such handsome farmers.... Yes they are ready to start farming too. Griffin mentioned that he was ready to help Papa 4 wheeler start planting. It is a little early but at least he is ready.

Christmas at Papa Hurt Leg's

On Saturday {my hansome hubby's birthday} we spent most of the day at Papa Hurt Leg and Mama Sharon's house having Christmas and hanging out. It was really nice to enjoy family time together, eat, and chat.

Matt Matt, Lacy, and Trinnnnnity!!

Yes Papa Hurt Leg got the boy's both a GREEN BAY jersey. One is Aaron Roger and the other Clay Matthew's. Gavin knew right away that his was Roger's.

These trucks are really cool. They are monster trucks you push down and then they pop up and jump over things. I think EVERYONE had fun with them.

Griffin loves to push this little snowman's hand and it plays, "Jingle Bells".

At the end of the evening, Mama had hide a pickle in the tree and the kids had to find it. Great idea!!! It took them a while to find it Gavin ended up finding it.
