Memorial Day

We had a great Memorial Day weekend. We slept in a little bit which was so nice for all of us and when we looked outside it was absolutely gorgeous out. Love it!!! We headed down to the Curl's house to go swimming for a short while before heading to a family cook out. They decided to have a water balloon fight which Gavin loved. It was a lot of fun to watch.

Griffin stood back and waited for the right timing.

We headed over to Papa Hurt Leg's house to spend the afternoon together and have some really great food. The boys ended up having a water balloon fight there too with Uncle Matt Matt, Daddy, and Trinity. Matt Matt is really good at catching the balloons so he barely got wet but the boys sure did. They also played in the sprinkler for a while.

Griffin loved getting soaked and since it was so nice out, they didn't mind the cold water. It felt so good to them. We had a great dinner...

And then back into the sprinkler for more fun.

We ended the evening with playing bags.

Neither of the boys had naps so they were exhausted and in bed by 7:30 pm. Kerry and I got to spend some time out on the porch together, so it was a really great end to the day.
