This past weekend we headed to Chuck E Cheese for our friend's, Avery, birthday, eight months ago. It happened that it worked out to celebrate his birthday this weekend. The men planned to be out of town racing so us girls and kids had to do something exciting. Although the men didn't go racing due to weather, we still decided to head out for the day. It was a girls/kid kind of day. It was pretty exciting and a little crowded but boy did we have so much fun. Katy and Gavin played this water gun shooting game a couple of different times.
Griffin loved to play skee ball when it was available. Yes that is his pointer finger saying he is #1. He loves to do this all the time when I'm taking a picture.
Gavin decided to watch and take part as well.
Then Griffin played this volcano game where you have to make the balls in the hoop. It was a little hard for him.
Then he discovered this horse game... Griffin loves all animals but he especially loves horses. Papa 4 wheeler's neighbor have a horse named Molly. Every time Griffin is at Papa 4 wheelers he loves to go see her and feed her an apple or corn. He won't ever ride Molly because he is a little scared of her size but this game was perfect for him.
Gavin and Tyler of course discovered the Mario Kart game there. I think they would have stayed there for hours but there were a number of kids waiting in line to play as well. Griffin enjoyed watching.
Gavin discovered a new game he enjoys, Air Hockey.... It might be a great gift idea for the future but a much smaller version.
Avery and Griffin played football a couple of times. If Griffin made it in the the high scoring part, he would jump up and down. It was so funny.
Garrett hung out with our amazing friend, Kay, the whole time and he loved being snuggled on. After Chucky E Cheese, we went shopping. Wow! What a great day but this momma was super tired. I also figured out that Garrett has a limit to the car seat and then he gets really really mad but he was an awesome baby the whole time other then a little bit on the ride home.
