Flat Stanley

Over Spring Break, Gavin had a school project called Flat Stanley.  Flat Stanley is a book the class read right before break.  In the book, Stanley goes to bed one night and then a bulletin board falls on him so he gets smashed.  Stanley becomes Flat Stanley.  He wakes ups the next day wanting to travel to California so his parents mail him.  During school the kids all colored a Flat Stanley and then they mailed him just like in the book.  So he arrived in our homes that coming Saturday or Monday.  Gavin was so excited to get him.  He made it, thankfully.  So now we have to take pictures and document what Gavin and Flat Stanley did together.  So they swang at home together.
Watched cartoons and relaxed under a blanket together.
Drank milk together... even out of the same cup.
Played in the park, starting with the rings.  Tyler's Flat Stanley joined in as well.
Went on the Miracle round...  and they didn't even throw up neither Gavin or Flat Stanley...
Hung around for the monkey bars....
Dug in the sand box... he was even buried up to his chin before...
Rode on Papa Hurt Leg's golf cart together....

Colored together....

And lastly was tucked into his very own blanket to night night time.  Gavin has had this blanket since he was a baby and he can't sleep without it.  It has a perfect pocket for Flat Stanley to fit in....
