Old Friends

Last Thursday a friend of mine came home from Nebreska. She has two children but was only able to bring her daughter with her on the very long 14 hour drive home. We got to spend some girl time together which was a lot of fun but our kids got to play with each other as well. Addie, Heather's little girl, is about a month and half older than Gavin and they played so well with each other. They were running through the house with the cars, racing and chasing each other. For a short while they played hide-n-go seek. Addie got out her sleeping bag and Gavin thought that was the coolest thing ever. I am sure they could have played for hours on end with each other.

Heather was lucky enough to get them to stop for a minute to get a quick picture. Addie really liked Gavin but I don't know what Gavin really thought of her. I guess Gavin is not one to really show how he feels about someone or at least another girl he has just met for the first time. Addie had no problems though.

Griffin wanted in on the fun too so we quick got his picture before he crawled away.

We are hoping that Heather and her family come home more often or better yet just move closer!!
