Table Activities

On Thursday night, we all made crayon hearts, an idea from a friend of mine (Thanks again Rachel). Kerry took off the paper and the three of us broke the crayons in little pieces. I don't have a picture of the finish product but all had a great time. Griffin only tried to eat a crayon a couple of times but thankfully he didn't get it in his mouth. Gavin wanted to eat them afterwards because he was confused why you would put these crayons in the oven to bake and then not eat them. Makes sense for a small kids. We picked out Valentines for all of their friends at day care and attached a heart shaped crayons to the cards. They loved them and they are really pretty when you start to color with them. Yesterday, we decided to make a fort out of the table and a blanket. The boys really enjoyed it. Gavin called it a "forrest" the whole time but he got the idea. We sure are having fun.
