Griffin's Potty Training Update

Well, last Tuesday night I got real determined to get Griffin potty trained. Like I have said many times before, he is smart enough to know when he is going but he is a whole lot of stubborn (wonder where that comes from?). After I picked him up on my half day, I decided that he would go without a diaper or pull up or underwear for the rest of the day with his pants on. For so reason he does better when there is nothing there. He did awesome. I did it the next two days. Finally on Friday, he really wanted to wear McQueen underwears to the sitter's so I thought, why not. So we did, he did great... or should I say he just didn't go all day. Now don't panic. The sitter put him on the potty every hour on the hour and he just won't go but then when she put a pull up on him during nap time he did go. And then he held it the rest of the day until I picked him up. He won't even go for me until a couple hours. He did well all weekend as well except for one or two accidents here or there which he said Spiderman had the accident. LOL!! Today is Tuesday and he is still doing pretty good. I won't say he is fully trained but he is definitely on his way. I'm hoping by this weekend he will be full trained. We will see!! I'm pretty proud of him!!!
