Hard Day for Motherhood
First thing this morning, Gavin wakes up and says, "I don't like you mom and I'm going to run away from you." It made me feel horrible. I don't even know where he would have heard anything like that. Gavin doesn't really know what it means for sure, at least I hope not but still. So today is a little sad day for me.

It is really hard when kids say stuff like that. They don't mean it and they have no idea how it makes us feel!! Kenzie has said I hate you Mom several times. I just try to act as if I don't care. :)

He does't mean anything like that, when you left this morning, the first thing he said was momma didn't kiss me goodbye. that's why I let him run after you. After I yelled at you to stop. He and Grriffin are dolls, just enjoy.

That will be one of many things that he says to you over the course of his life. He will never mean any of them but that doesn't make them any less painful to you or anyone else. Like your mom says just enjoy him he is to precious and so is Griffin. Love as always from Colfax.
I know I'm a bit late with this comment but keep your chin up:) We all have days where our kiddos make us a little (okay sometimes a lot!) sad!
