Stomatitis
Griffin has Stomatitis diagnosed by Dr. Brewer. It is a common infection in kids usually between ages 1 and 3 years old. Kids that have this will run a high fever, drool quite a bit, and very uncomfortable. ALL symptoms of Griffin. There are little ulcers on the insides of his mouth, tongue, and throat which cause him not to want to eat or drink. It is untreatable beyond making Griffin comfortable with Ibuprofen and Tylenol. It can last up to a week or more. I am super tired so hearing this brought tears to my eyes. The doctor might have thought that I was a little nuts for crying but sometimes you just feel so badly. He also has an ear infection as well. I feel sorry for him because all he does is cry all day long and doesn't sleep well. I am praying he gets over this quickly.

That's a new one on me, I have to say! Hopefully it's a short course. Hang in there!
