Baby books
As I finished up a couple of things I wanted to do on my half day off today, I thought I would try to fill out Griffin's baby book a little more. I have discovered after looking at other friend's blogs that just have had babies or are getting ready to have a baby that they have everything written down and ready along with pictures. Jealousy has set in for me. I have lacked in on keeping up terribly. Then I start to feel badly how I haven't written down everything possible thing that Griffin has ate, accomplished, discovered, places went to, vaccination, doctor's appoint, weight, height, all his teeth, on and on and on. I try to keep up on both of their baby books but I just haven't done a good job at it. So how critical is this?

Well, dear, if you wrote down everything - every step he took, every bite he ate, every toy he threw, every place he ran, every time he talke, burped, giggled, babbled, and cried..what kind of a life would that be? Just enjoy him and don't worry about all the documentation....I mean maybe write the time he walked and talked and a first few words, but after that shoot, who cares?
Don't feel bad. I'm terrible at keeping up baby books too. I don't think I've put anything in Aydans since before he was a year old. I think I will remember things but I rarely do. :)
I agree with the other comments...don't get worried over it. I've been trying to write down Natalie's major things on the calendar and then when I have time, write them in her book. It's hard with the second one!!
