Weekend Fun

This weekend was jammed pack with things for us and the boys to do. Friday night we helped Papa 4 wheeler farm until everything was full and there was nothing more to do. On Saturday morning, Gavin played his first soccer game. It was so funny to watch all the little boys and girls attack the ball. Gavin did make a goal and we have discovered that he is a great runner and does well at soccer too. Our team was a little confused about which goal was ours but we ended scoring a couple of them. After soccer, we went to help Papa 4 wheeler in the field again. Both boys rode with Papa while Kerry and I drove the grain truck and wagon. It was a busy time and we were going, going, going once we got out to the farm. Someday I may remember to take picture while we are out helping but it wasn't this weekend that I remembered. We left early to attend a wedding reception for a co-worker of mine. We met up early with some great friends; it is an added bonus they are my co-workers too. We had a really awesome time but had to leave early because Kerry and I were just both exhausted. My great friends....

Aren't they gorgeous? I think so.... These girls know how to have a good time and it is contagious. I love to dance especially with friends that you don't have to worry about what they think of you or your moves. We were the main dancers out there but we didn't care because we were having a good time. I love these girls. This is a great picture of Kerry and me. I think some guy was threaten to pinch Kerry's butt so he was laughing. I won't mention names here.... LOL!!

I love my hubby and love that we get to spend so much time together. He makes me smile and laugh all of the time even when I'm not in a great mood. He just makes my day everyday. Plus he is so super handsome!!!!!!!!

Gavin and Griffin stayed with Gavin's girlfriend, Courtney, so you know they had fun. Courtney took them to the school to play, on a walk, they played on whatever they wanted to outside, had a bubble bath that overflowed the tub, played a little Wii, and read a book to end the night. This was the very first time that Courtney babysat at our home so the boys were so excited to show her their toys. It was funny, we had told Courtney that we would be home sometime in the early morning hours on Sunday but that didn't happen. She was surprised to see us at 10:30 pm.

On Sunday we had a bridal shower for my cousin, Kimmy, who will be getting married on Oct. 2. It was a good time but again I didn't get a single picture taken. She got a lot of things that were so stink'n adorable. Her dishes are to die for, I just love the pattern. By the end of the weekend, I was in bed by 9:00 pm.
