Dells

Our Christmas present this past year from Papa Hurt Leg and Grandma Sharon was a trip to the Dells with most of all of the family.  We had way too much fun and the weather was perfect.  We played in both the inside and outside water park.  This trip is where I discovered that Gavin is a dare devil and will try anything.  If there weren't height or "well swimmer" requirements then I think he would have done ALL of the slides.  Griffin took a little bit to warm up but he did go on a couple of family slides.
The picture below was taken one morning when we were there.  Garrett started to twist his wrist and ankles like he is riding a motorcycle and winding up the motor so Gavin and Griffin are doing it with him and making the noises.
Love with Papa...  He really wanted his glasses.
 Gavin leap frogging it...
Griffin finally getting in the water.  He went on several slides on the small kid part and then he started to go down the slides in the bigger kid part without any worries or problems.
 Fun splashing picture.
Gavin and Daddy going down the family slide...
Now again with Griffin... you can't see him well at all.... Bummer
Matt Matt and Kerry taking their turn....
Griffin did go down another big slide with Kerry and thought it was alright to go with me.  Then we did the Master Blaster and he hated it so then he was done with slides for the day...
Hot tubing it to warm up...  Look at the handsome smile.
This is a funny picture to me.  I had been trying to get Gavin's picture coming down the Master Blaster and he had to go down five to seven times before I finally got the picture so when they came out they were waving their arms like no tomorrow.  It was so funny.
Aw!!  My two out of four handsome boys...  Love them...  This is at the outdoor park.
 Gavin just playing around....
Gavin's sliding partner... Anthony.  They had a great time going on slides together and Gavin was ever so happy that someone would take him on whatever he wanted to go on.  They were so cute together.
The brothers and their babies!!!
Family Picture.
More slides...  This was more in the big kid part.  Gavin loved that he could go down whatever way he wanted.
The boys!!
The kids group plus Matt Matt!!!
This is Griffin doing the high balance this.  It is difficult to explain but it was way off the ground and Griffin did great for being so small and scared.  He made it through the entire thing.  Some parts didn't even have a place he could hang on to but he did have his harness on.  I was so proud of Griffin.  I'm encouraging him not panicking...
Gavin discover rock climbing and he LOVES it.  It took him a couple tries but he did make it to the very top.  He did awesome.  I was so proud of him.
If you don't think it is that high, here is the view from where I was sitting at the bottom.  Kerry happened to make it to the top too.  I didn't get so lucky with it.  So proud of all of my boys.

Like I said, we had a great family time.  We stayed just the perfect time, a couple of days.  It was an added bonus the weather was so gorgeous!!
