Easter 2009

Easter started on Friday. Papa Steeler and Mama Dolphin came over for some pizza and they brought the boys their Easter buckets. Great new summer cloths, sand bucket, and little Easter bunnies, which they had a ball with. On Easter morning, we all got up and ready for church. The boys wore their new outfits plus their new sandals from the Easter bunny. A bit cool for sandals but we still wore them. All the boys were so handsome in their outfits. Papa 4 wheeler and Kathy joined our family for church that morning. We went out to Papa 4 wheeler and Kathy's house for our 2nd Easter of the day. Mama Kathy hid them this year so the boys really enjoyed the search. Griffin loved the new ball and the airplane they both got.

Mama Kathy finally learned that you have to buy them the same things including same color because one of them will get upset if you don't. Gavin loved the airplane the best but Griffin got ahold of them and they didn't last but a couple of hours but they were fun while they lasted. Next stop was the Haas side for Easter. My aunt did an Easter egg hunt for all the great grandkids or should I say great grandsons that were there. My boys were so excited because they love finding the prize inside.

Griffin on his search, of course Papa 4 wheeler had to help him because Griffin absolutely adores Papa 4 wheeler. Where ever Papa is Griffin is sure to follow. So cute!

This is the end result. See their full baskets. Last stop was Papa Hurt Leg and Mama Sharon's house. Their Easter baskets were full there too. Griffin got these very cute sunglasses but of course he won't allow me to take a picture with them on. Plus they both got balloons which were a big hit with both of them.

After all the candy, family, awesome gifts, food, and running around the boys were exhausted but it was so worth seeing and being with our family on Easter. Thank you to everyone!!!
