Our Playdate

We love playdates and love to get together with friends. My great friend, JoAnn, has two kids around Gavin and Griffin's age so we try to get together once a month but we haven't met since last fall season so it was amazing to get to see her and her kids. Wow!! How time continues to pass and how kids continue to grow even more quickly. The day was absolutely beautiful so we got in a ton of playing, laughs, and the mommies got good caughting up done as well. Sandboxs are always a great place to start to play.

And then there is the tire swing....

We usually pack a quick picnik lunch for us and the kiddos so we picked the perfect spot in the sun to have our lunch. I get so jealous of JoAnn's perfect, balance picnik lunches and usually try to steal what I can. Good thing I packed some junk food, we all got to enjoy Cheetios.

Griffin and Miss Lily were absolutely adorable together. I love her ponytail on her head, so cute...

Nothing like orange fingers passing littly fishies back and forth

Owen and Gavin barely sat long enough to eat their lunches before taking off again to play. They had so much energy. Both the boys can't wait until our next playdate.
