Friday or Saturday Tradition

Since racing is done and the weather is getting cooler (or suppose to) I thought I would start something to make the weekends a little extra special.  A tradition...  A friend of mine has all of hers kids in their bedroom on Friday nights to watch a TV show they all like.  I thought I would do a similiar thing but I choose to do movie night either on Friday or Saturday night in the living room with popcorn of course.  I was surprised how well the boys love it.  Gavin is thrilled on the weekends and loves to tell people when it is movie night.  So I lay a big blanket on the floor for them, get them their cover up blankets and pillows, make the popcorn, and put a movie we all enjoy to watch.  The best part is I rent the movie from the library for a dollar.  I usually go to the library every Friday to pick out new books to read to the boys so I just pick up a movie there too.  Amazing!!!  I am hoping to keep the tradition to come for years and years to come.   

Griffin was not impressed I was taking his picture, as you can tell, and Gavin was already involved in the movie.
