Griffin's 4th Birthday!

I think he has been counting down to his birthday for some time now by the influence of his older brother.  He was absolutely thrilled to turn 4 years old.  We had church that morning and I think he told as many people as he could that he was turning 4.  We didn't really plan anything big, for one I'm a horrible planner (I know bad mommy) and for two I think time spent with him is more memorable, just my opinoin.  Papa 4 wheeler and Kathy decided to drop in so they gave him his gift.  Mama Dolphin dropped in as well which was really nice.

We decided to give Griffin this Razor 360 trike for his birthday.  He loves it but needs a pillow in order to reach the pedals.  He got a Hot Wheels for Easter awhile back and has really gotten into it so we thought this would be a perfect gift since it is like a Hot Wheels but it spins around like a race car.  We were thrilled that he loves it.
Here are some videos of Griffin on it.  It looks like a ton of fun!!!  I love how it spins.

Turning 4 for Griffin is pretty exciting for him.  He is liking Pre-School more and more everyday especially since he has started to make friends.  I think he has really opened up a lot and not as shy although he still is a little if he doesn't know you.  He is my snuggler of the two, right now.  He still loves to give me hugs and kisses all of the time which is awesome.  Some think he is a momma's boy but I seem to think that really he is a Papa 4 wheeler's boy.  Recently, he enjoys sitting and reading and coloring.  Griffin also loves to be outside doing anything and everything outside.  He is learning more and more in school everyday and calls his papers that he brings home, mail.  He will say, "I got mail, Mom".  His very best friend is Gavin still and loves to do everything that he does and I mean everything.  He definitely is our morning person and definitely has a set bed time schedule.  He is just a joy to be around and can make your day anytime.  We love him more and more everyday and so thankful God has blessed us with him in our family.

I think it's hilarious that he calls his papers "Mail." If he can keep that interesting twist on it maybe he will like homework :) I didn't realize what those bikes were....looks very fun!
