Dinner on the lawn

On Tuesday evening Kerry was busy so I thought the boys and I should eat super on the lawn. The weather recently has been absolutely perfect plus they are always wanting to be outside. We had a very simple supper on the lawn but they really enjoyed it and loved it. I made PB & J, grapes, cheese, and chips. For dessert we had homemade sugar cookies that were shaped like a pumpkin with faces on them.

I know it must have been a hit because Gavin has wanted to eat on the lawn since. After our dinner on the lawn, we played outside for a long while. Gavin is really starting to get the hang of riding his bike. He wanted to take off his training wheels but he isn't near ready for that just yet. Griffin loves to throw the footballs and baseballs. We finished up the awesome night together with the boys splashing the entire bathroom with water. We can't wait for another dinner on the lawn.
