Pre-K Physical

To get prepared for Pre-K, we needed to have a physical for Gavin. Thankfully that didn't involve shots, next year he will that occurs. Yeah!! He is gaining weight. So he is now up to 35 lbs and has grown taller. His main worry that day was the doctor seeing his underwears which I have no clue where that came from but I assured him nobody would see his underwears. Just the things he says at times crack me up. The doctor checked his ears, throat, eyes, legs, and everything else. When she looked in his ears, the doctor informed me that one of his ear tubes has fallen out already. It was surprising to me but from what I hear they fall out when they are not needed anymore. She said he looks great and seems to be growing and gaining weight which is awesome. He will start school on Aug. 25 and he is ready. We even picked up his 10 items for school supplies this last weekend. It is a bitter sweet feeling though because it means he is growing up quickly but yet I'm thrilled he gets the opportunity to go to school. I think he is more excited about riding the bus.
