On Wednesday night, we got the long awaited phone call that Matt Matt and Lacy were going to have their first baby via C-Section. Kerry and I headed down there so we could celebrate and be a part of this amazing blessing. It was an emotional experience but in a very good, happy way!! Matt Matt has waited for this day for a long time. Their baby's name is Isabella Creek Tredennick. Her middle name is after Matt Matt and Kerry's maternal grandmother's last name. She is absolutely perfect and so precious. Since the boys didn't get to go down on Wednesday, I took them down on Friday to see her. At first on Wednesday, Gavin and Griffin were thrilled because they thought that I was going to have their baby brother. After a little explaining that our baby needs to develop more, they understand that it wasn't me but Lacy and Matt Matt having a baby. They were still excited. Here is I am... Proud Aunt...
Gavin was so anxious to hold her. He couldn't wait and then when he had to give her up, he would beg to have her back again. Griffin just wanted to see her.
Matt Matt is going to make a super great dad!!! I think he is explaining how you have to hold her head up here
because the soft spot is here.... The boys love their Uncle Matt Matt and they were listening to his every words.

We were thankful that Kerry and I could be a part of their special day and what a true blessing. The boys can't wait to see her again.
