Gavin had his very First T-Ball game on Saturday plus he had pictures. We had a little issue in the morning about what pants to wear. He wanted to wear jeans because he always wants to wear jeans and I didn't get a load of laundry done in time so he had to wear the pants you see in the picture. He even asked me to do laundry. Bad Mommy that I am!! He didn't even want to go to the game because he had to wear those pants so I thought the rest of the day was going to be ruined over a pair of pants but thankfully he came out of his mood. He is very particular about what he wears, it can get very frustrating at times but we are working through it. Anyways...
He did great. He played second base for the first part. Like all the other kids, he played in the dirt sand mixture just a little bit. I guess he got bored waiting for the ball to come to him.
On the pitcher mound where most of the balls seem to go this particular part of the day. He would get the ball but he won't use his glove just his hand. Too funny.... guess he didn't need a glove
after all but we are working on it. He is only 4!!
At bat... He hit it so well all three times.
