Papa 4 wheeler has a great pasture out back of his farm that the boys recently set their eyes on. At first it was just running through the tall grass and picking
dandelions while blowing their perfect seeds everywhere then came the idea that they should start the early career walking beans. I have always discussed with Papa that he will have helpers when he is ready for walking beans. When my brother and I were younger, we would walk beans in the morning, afternoon, and sometimes in the evening. I guess we were cheap labor. I don't even know anyone that walks beans anymore now but we really got our fair share. Although, I am truly thankful for it and for all the experiences the farm has to offer. Our boys can't wait to start walking beans and Papa can't wait to teach them how.

Griffin loved watching the seeds fly away....

Running through the so called "beans".
They loved to chase each other through it all. I think they could have spent hours upon hours running and playing. The dog, Jack, would play hide and seek with them. But the best part that would get them giggling where they couldn't stop was when they hide from Jack too.

Aw!! Life on the farm... The boys and I are trying to convince Papa to buy a cow, we will see how far that goes.
